PUMP / ROTATING EQUIPMENT REPAIRS

Highly skilled mechanical engineers with many years of experience in rotating equipment repair

PIPE AND STEEL FABRICATION

Experienced pipe fitters and welders with knowledge in the Oil, Power, Paper and Utilities industries, and pipe fabrication from small bore to 500mm. Fabrication design and supply in MS, SS and Aluminium structures.

MIG / TIG / MANUAL ARC WELDING

All aspects of Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium welding, coded to ASME 1X standard in TIG and MMA.

DYNAMIC BALANCING

We carry out balancing of rotation equipment.

GENERAL MACHINING

We provide all types of machining and reverse engineering including centre lathe, boring, drilling and milling.

OTHER WORKSHOP SERVICES

We also cater for various other repairs such as gearbox overhauls, compressor repairs, cooler stacks and heater retubing.
