24hr CALLOUT

Our engineers provide you with maintenance cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all mechanical work, including plant failure and shutdowns.

MECHANICAL SITE SERVICES

We can provide engineers to supplement your existing workforce offering support in all mechanical areas. 

PLANNED SHUTDOWN LABOUR

For planned outages you can rely on us to be available to assist your maintanence team.

ON SITE DYNAMIC BALANCING

Unicorn can carry out balancing of impellers, fans, etc. in situe.

PUMP / PLANT INSTALLATION

We have experience with most major pumps and equipment, including Weir, Sulzer, SPP, Flygt, Scan, Hidrostal.

ON SITE LASER ALIGNMENT

Unicorn have experienced personnel to carry out pump compressor and any shaft alignments and provide computerised reporting of results.

TERM CONTRACTS

Our rates can be negotiated for long term contracts.
